Agreement and service

These Terms govern your use of PART 1, an independent educational preparation platform. By registering, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy, Service and Refund policies. PART 1 provides study tools and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CPSP or UHS.

Your account

Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. Each account and subscription is for one user. Do not share, sell or transfer account access. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscriptions and upgrades

Access begins after successful payment confirmation and lasts for the purchased period. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Basic costs PKR 4,999 for 90 days and PRO costs PKR 7,999 for 90 days, subject to offers displayed before payment. A standard Basic-to-PRO upgrade costs PKR 3,000 and unlocks PRO for the remaining subscription days without changing expiry. A 30-day-to-90-day upgrade adds 60 days to the original period. Applicable upgrade charges are shown before payment.

Trial and mocks

The trial lasts 3 days, permits up to 3 practice or test sessions daily and excludes full-length mocks. Basic/PRO subscriptions include 2 full-length mocks, which unlock 14 days before subscription expiry or 14 days before the selected exam date, whichever comes first. Mock access remains subject to an active subscription.

Educational use and AI

Questions, explanations, AI responses and analytics are educational tools. They may contain errors and do not guarantee results. Verify important information against trusted references and official notices. Do not use PART 1 for clinical decision-making or submit identifiable patient information. AI assistance is included in PRO without a separate per-request charge. No numerical daily fair-usage cap has currently been adopted.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape content, use automated tools to overload the service, bypass access controls, share accounts, harass others or upload unlawful material. Use collaboration features respectfully. Do not copy or redistribute protected questions, explanations or library materials outside permitted platform use.

Content and collaboration

PART 1 content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Share only content you are authorised to share. Messages shared with other users are visible to the relevant participants. Chats and session logs are stored as described in the Privacy Policy; voice-call and screen-sharing recordings are not retained.

Service restrictions and disputes

We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to investigate account misuse, security incidents or policy violations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. A genuine payment concern can be raised with support; fraudulent disputes may be investigated using payment and access records.

Changes and responsibility

Features may be maintained or updated and temporary interruptions can occur. Revised prices apply as displayed before a new purchase. These Terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. We do not promise uninterrupted service or examination success.
