This Services Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of all products, content, and features (“Services”) provided by Part 1 (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using the Platform, You (“User”, “Subscriber”, “Customer”) acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Part 1 is an online subscription-based platform offering preparation tools for medical entrance and specialty exams in Pakistan.

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• MCQ practice database
• Mock examinations
• Personalized study plans
• Performance analytics and progress tracking
• Educational insights, explanations, and exam-oriented content
• User dashboards and statistical reports

All Services are provided digitally through our website.

2. SERVICE ACCESS

Upon successful payment:

• Access is granted for a fixed period of three (3) months.
• Access is strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
• One subscription is valid for one user profile only.
• Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

The Company reserves the right to restrict or revoke access in case of violations of this Policy.

3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to provide uninterrupted and high-quality service; however:

• Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, server upgrades, system updates, or technical issues.
• Access may be impacted by factors outside Our control (internet outages, device issues, external cyber- attacks).
• The Company does not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted availability of Services.

Users shall not be entitled to refunds, compensation, or extensions due to downtime or temporary unavailability.

4. SERVICE CONTENT & ACCURACY

• The Company aims to deliver high-quality, exam-oriented content. However:
• All MCQs, explanations, analytics, and study plans are educational tools, not guarantees of exam success.
• Content may undergo continuous updates, additions, deletions, or corrections without prior notice.
• The Company does not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of recalled questions or predicted content.

Users acknowledge that exam results depend on individual effort and external factors beyond our control.

5. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

The Company reserves the absolute right to:

• Modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services
• Change the methodology, difficulty level, or structure of the content
• Add or remove features, modules, or tools
• Introduce new subscription plans or revise pricing

Such changes may be made at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain confidentiality of their login credentials
• Use the Services only for personal academic preparation
• Comply with all terms, policies, and applicable laws
• Not engage in any misuse, scraping, copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering of Platform content

Violation of these obligations may result in account termination without refund.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing or reselling account credentials
• Downloading or extracting large amounts of data
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing MCQs or educational content
• Using automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers)
• Engaging in hacking, tampering, or unauthorized access attempts
• Publishing or transmitting harmful code or malware
• Misrepresenting identity during login or payment

Any such activity may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent ban
• Legal action under applicable Pakistani laws

8. SERVICE EXPIRATION

Subscriptions automatically expire after three (3) months.

Upon expiration:

• Access to all Services is terminated
• MCQs, analytics, history, and stored data may be deleted or archived
• Renewal requires a new subscription purchase
• Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable

9. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Users acknowledge that:

• The Company does not guarantee exam outcomes
• The Services are supplementary tools, not official exam content
• All content is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
• The platform is optimized for modern browser versions and devices
• Poor device performance or weak internet connection may affect usability

These limitations do not entitle Users to refunds or extensions.

10. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We may suspend or terminate any User account, without notice, if:

• Policy violations occur
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Chargeback or payment dispute is initiated
• Misuse, sharing of accounts, or unauthorized access is detected
• Abuse or harassment of support staff occurs
• Illegal or harmful activity is identified

Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

11. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, the Company is not liable for:

• Technical errors
• Data loss
• Temporary service outages
• Exam failure outcomes
• Third-party service errors (Google login, PayFast)
• Device incompatibility
• Loss of revenue or academic opportunities

Users accept that they use the Services at their own risk.
