PART 1 is an independent online preparation platform for FCPS Part 1 and MD/MS–PGET. It provides MCQ practice, explanations, tests, progress tracking and study support.
PRO includes everything in Basic, plus the AI study mentor, enhanced analytics, study groups, smart notifications and in-app chat, voice and screen sharing.
PRO costs PKR 7,999 for 90 days. Promotional discounts may be available when offered by PART 1. Your payable amount is shown before payment.
The trial lasts 3 days and lets you explore the interface and PRO features. You can create up to 3 practice or test sessions per day. Full-length mocks are not included.
No. It is a limited product-exploration period. Choose a paid plan to continue after the trial ends.
PRO includes 2 full-length mocks. Both unlock 14 days before subscription expiry or 14 days before your selected exam date, whichever comes first. They are available during your active subscription.
No. Mock release does not extend your subscription. Complete available mocks while your subscription is active.
The standard upgrade price is PKR 3,000: the difference between Basic at PKR 4,999 and PRO at PKR 7,999. Promotional discounts may apply when offered.
No. It unlocks PRO features for the remaining days of your existing 90-day subscription. For example, an upgrade on day 25 gives PRO access for the remaining 65 days without changing the expiry date.
An additional 60 days are added to the original 30-day period, making 90 days in total from your original subscription start. Your upgrade price is shown before payment.
Access begins immediately after successful payment confirmation. If payment has been deducted but access is missing, contact support so the transaction can be verified.
No. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You need to purchase or renew a plan to continue paid access.
No separate per-request AI charge is passed to you. AI access is included in PRO. PART 1 has not introduced a numerical daily fair-usage cap. Misuse, automation, account sharing and attempts to disrupt the service remain prohibited.
The AI mentor is for educational preparation and may produce incorrect information. Verify important facts with trusted references. Do not use it as a clinical decision tool or enter identifiable patient information.
Current tracks include Medicine, Surgery, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Anesthesia and Radiology. You select your specialty in the separate MD/MS–PGET dashboard.
The dashboard separates common basic-science Paper I practice from specialty-focused Paper II practice. Read our UHS syllabus guide and the official UHS Table of Specifications for examination requirements.
No. Current PART 1 Radiology practice is text-based. The official UHS blueprint allows image-based questions, so use additional image resources for that part of your preparation. See the UHS PGET syllabus guide for details.
No. PART 1 is an independent educational preparation platform. Official authorities determine examination rules, eligibility, dates and results.
No. A subscription is for one user. Use supported study-group features to collaborate without sharing login credentials or redistributing protected content.
Chats and session logs are stored. PART 1 does not retain voice-call or screen-sharing recordings. Authorised admins may access stored chats for support, service administration and improving PART 1. Other participants can see messages shared with them. See our Privacy Policy.
In-app reporting and blocking are not currently available. Contact info.part1pk@gmail.com about misuse or unwanted interactions. Include relevant details without sending passwords or patient information.
Study history is retained for 365 days after subscription expiry so your previous progress can be restored if you resubscribe during that period. A verified account-deletion request may change what is retained. See our Privacy Policy.
Yes. There is no self-service deletion button, but you can request deletion through info.part1pk@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained for payment, security or legal purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Purchases are generally non-refundable. PART 1 may consider individual cases and issue a manual refund at its discretion. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Read the full Refund and Payment Policy.
Verified duplicate payments are refunded within 5–7 working days after verification. Contact support with the transaction references and payment dates. See the Refund and Payment Policy.

No. The platform supports preparation but does not guarantee an examination result.
